AQMesh is now part of Gas Data. This change brings our air quality monitoring and gas analysis expertise together under one organisation, allowing us to offer a broader, more capable and more integrated range of environmental monitoring solutions.
We understand that any change can raise questions. This page is designed to explain what the merger means in practical terms, what will stay the same, and how it affects you as an AQMesh customer. The AQMesh team will continue to operate as usual and will remain your main point of contact for products, data and support.
As part of this transition, some changes will take place over the coming months. Where these changes may affect you, we will communicate clearly and update this FAQ page accordingly. If you have a question that isn’t covered here, our team is always happy to help.
Is AQMesh continuing?
Yes. AQMesh products, data access and customer support will continue exactly as before. Behind the scenes, AQMesh is operating in the same way, with the same people, the same technology and the same service standards you are used to.
The AQMesh brand and product range will now sit within the wider Gas Data organisation. This allows us to build on existing strengths while benefiting from the additional experience, resources and capabilities of Gas Data.
What will change?
In the short term, most customers will see little to no change. Over time, you may notice some administrative updates as systems and processes are aligned.
These changes may include:
- Quotes, invoices and delivery notes displaying Gas Data branding
- Updated company details on official documentation
- Closer alignment of AQMesh and Gas Data product offerings
There will be no disruption to your monitoring services, data access or support during this process.
Who will be invoicing for AQMesh products?
Invoices for AQMesh products and services will now be issued with Gas Data branding. This is an administrative change only and does not affect pricing, payment terms or the services you receive.
What does this mean legally?
Environmental Instruments Ltd will be merging with Gas Data Ltd. As a result, Environmental Instruments Ltd will cease trading once the process is complete.
All existing contracts, agreements and arrangements held with Environmental Instruments Ltd will be formally transferred to Gas Data Ltd under an Asset Agreement. There is no action required from customers as part of this transfer.
Environmental Instruments Ltd is the manufacturing company behind AQMesh. The AQMesh product range will continue as part of the Gas Data portfolio, and the Environmental Instruments team will continue their roles within the Gas Data organisation.
Have the bank details changed for AQMesh, Environmental Instruments?
Yes, AQMesh bank details have changed as part of this transition. Customers have been notified by email with the updated information.
If you have not received this email or would like the details resent, please contact our support team.
Will support contacts or response times change?
No. You will continue to work with the same AQMesh support team, using the same contact details. Support processes and response times remain unchanged.
Over time, customers may benefit from additional technical expertise and wider support capability as AQMesh and Gas Data teams work more closely together.
