We’re excited to share that Environmental Instruments, the manufacturer of AQMesh, is becoming part of Gas Data. After years of operating as sister companies, this merger felt like the natural next step. Formalising this relationship now enables closer collaboration, faster innovation and a more cohesive customer experience.
This is a simple, positive change that brings our teams and expertise together so we can offer an even stronger range of monitoring and gas analysis solutions all under one roof.
What does this merger mean for AQMesh customers?
- Your AQMesh products, data access and support remain unchanged
- The same dedicated AQMesh team continues to support you
- You now benefit from the wider capability and experience of Gas Data
For existing AQMesh customers, continuity remains a priority. All current contracts, warranties and service arrangements continue as normal, and there is no change to how customers access their data or interact with the AQMesh platform.
At the same time, customers gain access to a broader portfolio of environmental monitoring expertise. The combined organisation offers deeper technical support, expanded consultancy capabilities and the reassurance of working with a single supplier that understands both air quality monitoring and gas analysis. This is particularly valuable for organisations managing complex or multi-site monitoring programmes where consistency and reliability are essential.
In practical terms, the merger makes environmental monitoring simpler and more capable. Customers can now access both air quality monitoring and gas analysis from a single supplier, with a wider choice of fixed and portable solutions designed to support evolving monitoring requirements.
A Comprehensive Environmental Monitoring Product Portfolio
The combined product offering now encompasses a comprehensive suite of gas detection, gas analysis, and air quality monitoring solutions. Gas Data brings its extensive range of portable and fixed gas monitoring equipment, including the GM25 and Click system analyser, alongside the innovative Gazoscan Mini – a new, dedicated methane detector utilising advanced laser technology for the Biogas markets. AQMesh perfectly complements this by providing sophisticated fixed air quality monitoring, capable of measuring up to 19 parameters from a single, compact pod, including highly accurate PM10 measurement.
The expanded product offering supports a wide range of monitoring applications, including industrial emissions monitoring, biogas and renewable energy projects, landfill and waste management, urban air quality assessment and occupational safety. For example, customers can now deploy AQMesh air quality monitoring alongside Gas Data’s portable gas analysers to gain a more complete picture of environmental conditions at a site. This integrated approach enables better decision-making, supports regulatory compliance and helps organisations identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement more effectively.
Uniting AQMesh and Gas Data brings deeper technical capability and new opportunities for innovation. Looking ahead, the merger creates a strong foundation for continued innovation. By combining engineering expertise, data insight and practical field experience, AQMesh and Gas Data are well positioned to develop new monitoring solutions that respond to evolving environmental and regulatory requirements.
