Using your own SIM card

If a customer wishes to use their own SIM card then the following needs to be considered, and we will need the APN details listed below.

Please note that using your own SIM card may reduce the level of support we are able to offer you with any connection issues.

• SIM must be data enabled
• Contract rather than pay-as-you-go
• Check the available network coverage
• SIM size = standard
• Check the APN details
  • APN name
  • APN username
  • APN password

This information will be required at the point of manufatcure and we will be unable to process your order unless we have these details.
